It is still in the early phase of implementation, mostly due to the legality surrounding the use of such a device. It hasn&#8217;t yet been addressed what is the &#8220;legal limit&#8221; for someone to be safely operating a vehicle with THC in their system. At the moment, for DUI&#8217;s law enforcement officers rely on field tests and drug tests later taken at the station. At some point in the near future we could see these being used everywhere.
