Michelle Lynn Lujan Grisham of New Mexico recently gave a press conference over the state&#8217;s response to economic distress brought by the Coronavirus pandemic. She stated that if New Mexico had passed the legalization of marijuana last year, then the state would have an\u00a0 extra $100 million in the budget to use in the response.
