According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/ars\/13\/02310.htm#:~:text=13%2D2310%20%2D%20Fraudulent%20schemes%20and%20artifices%3B%20classification%3B%20definition&amp;text=A.,of%20a%20class%202%20felony.\">A.R.S. 13-2310<\/a>, this also includes a scheme or artifice to deprive a person of the intangible right of honest services.<\/p>\n<p>Any person who, pursuant to a scheme or artifice to defraud, knowingly obtains any benefit by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, promises, or material omissions is guilty of a class 2 felony.
