Every Arizona resident is qualified to register to vote if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are a citizen of the United States as proven by:\n<ul>\n<li>Driver license.<\/li>\n<li>United States birth certificate.<\/li>\n<li>United States passport.<\/li>\n<li>United States naturalization documents.<\/li>\n<li>Documents pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.<\/li>\n<li>Tribal enrollment number, card number, and Indian affairs card number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>They are at least 18 years old by the date of the next election.<\/li>\n<li>They are a resident of the state of Arizona at least 29 days prior to the election date.<\/li>\n<li>They are able to write their name or make their resident\u2019s mark, unless prevented so by physical disability.<\/li>\n<li>They have <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> been convicted of treason or felony, unless their <a href=\"https:\/\/rideoutlaw.com\/voting-rights-restoration-in-arizona\/\">civil rights have been restored<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>They have <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> been adjudicated as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/ars\/14\/05101.htm\">incapacitated person<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How Can I Register to Vote?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Most Arizona residents will find it easiest to register to vote online through the <a href=\"https:\/\/servicearizona.com\/VoterRegistration\/selectLanguage\">Service Arizona EZ Voter Registration<\/a> through the Motor Vehicle Division.<\/p>\n<p>If that is not an option, prospective voters may print, fill out, and mail the <a href=\"https:\/\/azsos.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2023-11\/voter_registration_form_092222-standard.pdf\">Arizona Voter Registration Form<\/a> to their <a href=\"https:\/\/azsos.gov\/elections\/about-elections\/county-election-officials-contact-information\">county recorder\u2019s office<\/a>. Alternatively, they may walk into their county recorder\u2019s office to fill out the registration form in person.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is the Voter Registration Deadline?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The voter registration deadline for each election is 29 days prior to the specific election. If this date happens to fall on a weekend or state holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.
