Coconino County Jail Visitation Guidelines
An individual suspected of committing a crime, whether misdemeanor or felony, can be detained in jail while they await court proceedings and sentencing. In other cases, people convicted of misdemeanor crimes may serve their sentence in a jail if their length of incarceration was ordered to be a year or less.
Coconino County’s two detention facilities are located in Flagstaff and Page, Arizona.
Can I Visit an Inmate In-Person at the Jail?
No. The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) does not allow in-person visitation with inmates. Visitation is only conducted through remote video visits through its upgraded Video Visitation System.
What Do I Need for a Video Visit?
Anyone wishing to participate in a video visit with an inmate is able to do so on a smartphone, computer, or tablet from wherever they would like. Visitors are no longer required to conduct video visits from the jail lobby.
Visitors simply need to create a GettingOut account in order to connect to the jail’s visitation system.
What Does my Incarcerated Loved One Need for a Video Visit?
Inmates in the Coconino County detention center receive 60 minutes of free video visitation each week and are able to split up those minutes into however many visits they would like.
How Can I Schedule a Video Visit?
Visitors need to “arrive” via the video app between certain hours in order to visit with an inmate.
For the Flagstaff jail facility, visitation can occur 7 days a week between 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m., or 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
For the Page jail facility, visitation is only available between 7:00 p.m.-9:00p.m. from Tuesday through Sunday.

Can I Call an Inmate?
Telephone calls are allowed, and the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office offers affordable rates. Calls may be made collect, via an inmate prepaid account, or through a destination number prepaid account. Coconino County offers a phone information sheet.
How Can I Look Up if My Loved One is at a Coconino County jail?
Coconino County does not offer an online inmate search tool or list inmates online. To find out if someone is incarcerated at a Coconino County jail, call 928-226-5200.
