List of Felony Offenses in Arizona
Felony crimes are the most serious offenses an individual can commit. Felony charges include class 1, class 2, class 3, class 4, class 5, and class 6 classifications, with class 1 being the most severe and class 6 being the least.
Penalties for felony convictions range a great deal based on the class of felony, the specific charge, and any aggravating or mitigating circumstances. While the least severely punished class 6 felonies can result in a maximum of two years of incarceration, the most serious offenses can result in the death penalty or life in prison.
