Steven earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at ASU. His legal career spans corporate law, civil litigation, and a deep focus on criminal defense—from misdemeanors to serious felony cases.

Legal Experience

Steven began his legal career helping high-tech startups with licensing, incorporation, and patent law as part of ASU’s Tech Ventures Service Group. He also interned at the City of Mesa Attorney’s Office, handling civil litigation involving personal injury, §1983 claims, and property disputes.

After working on transactional law at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGEN), Steven shifted his focus to the courtroom. At Rideout Law Group, he has tried cases ranging from DUI and assault to drug trafficking and theft.
