Criminal Case Billing at Rideout Law Group
Every criminal law case that comes to Rideout Law Group varies in both scope and circumstance. As such, the cost to hire a defense attorney will be unique to each defendant’s case.
Criminal law cases at Rideout Law Group are handled as flat fees, where you will be informed during your free consultation of the fee that will be required to cover your case. At this time, you will also be informed of the additional trial fee that you would be required to pay should your case go to trial.
Understanding that defense attorney services can be costly, Rideout Law Group offers payment plans. In most instances, we require payment of half of the total flat fee to be paid up front, after which monthly payments can be made via our online auto-pay system from a debit or credit card.
You will only see an increase in cost if your case goes to trial or requires additional third-party services, such as expert investigator or process server fees. However, this will always be discussed beforehand.
We accept all major credit cards for payment, as well as debit cards, cash, personal checks, Zelle, and money orders. Please note that Rideout Law Group cannot take or hold property in exchange for legal services, nor can we exchange services for payment.
